New Wave Lifestyle offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-5 business days, depending on destination and carrier transit times.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. 

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. New Wave Lifestyle is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping charges resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer. 

During product launches, holidays, or periods of high demand, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended.
