Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your New Wave Lifestyle purchase.

If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free of stains, odors, or damage
• Returned in their original condition

Customers are responsible for their return shipping costs unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. In that case please take pictures of any damage.

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.
