Shipping & Pickup
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping usually takes 3–5 business days after your order has been shipped.
How much is shipping?
Standard shipping is $5.95.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Local pickup is available at New Wave Barber Studio, located at 512 Arendell Street, Morehead City, NC. Pickup orders are usually ready within 1–2 business days. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email or text, depending on the contact information provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or the wrong item was sent.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Size exchanges can only be done in person and are based on available inventory. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Are sale or discounted items final sale?
Sale, discounted, or final sale items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or the wrong item was sent.
What if my item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong item?
Please contact us at newwavebusinessventures@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can help make it right.
Sizing & Fit
How do the tees fit?
Our tees have a baggy fit. If you prefer a more standard fit, consider sizing down. If you like a relaxed everyday look, order your normal size.
How do the shorts fit?
Our shorts are true to size with a relaxed fit and sit slightly above the knee.
How do the Carolina Crews fit?
The Carolina Crews are true to size, but they look and feel best with a slightly baggy fit. If you are between sizes or want a more relaxed look, consider sizing up.
How do the hats fit?
Our hats are adjustable and one size fits most.
Care Instructions
How should I wash my New Wave pieces?
Wash cold, inside out, with like colors to help preserve the fabric, color, and embroidery.
Can I put them in the dryer?
Tumble dry low or hang dry for best results. Avoid high heat to help maintain the fit and quality of the garment.
How should I care for embroidered pieces?
Avoid bleach, high heat, and ironing directly over embroidery.

Will sold-out items be restocked?
Restocks are not guaranteed, but popular items may be restocked depending on demand.

Drop 001 is the first New Wave Lifestyle collection — elevated everyday essentials inspired by the Coastal Carolinas.
Where are New Wave Lifestyle pieces designed and finished?
Every product is designed with intention, and our embroidered pieces are finished locally in Wilmington, North Carolina.

Orders & Support
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at newwavebusinessventures@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Contact us immediately. If the order has not shipped yet, we will do our best to update the address. Once the order has shipped, we cannot guarantee changes.
What if my package is lost or stolen?
Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, New Wave Lifestyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. However, we will do our best to help you contact the carrier and find a solution.
